The Cult rolled into Thunder Bay back in 2016 for the two day Rock The Fort Festival as Duffy and Wolfchild were the headliners on the second night (and were phenomenal by the way).
Once I seen this T-shirt at the merch table it was a no brainer purchase as that album that is on the front of the shirt(Electric) is one of my all time fave records!
Pretty cool that they left the long departed members (Jamie Stewart and Les Warner) on the print as it would have sucked if the shirt was altered in any which way or form.
Love these guys and everything they have done….
Now let’s all go and crank up “Electric”!
I would go crank it, but I have to crank the Priest albums I haven’t heard to finish my Top 11 list for the Friday show. I only need to fill three more spots.

Funny how the connection string goes throughout these bands with members. One big rock family tree…

Have to assume Haggis brought Warner in…but I will ask Dave Lizmi that question myself!

I always liked the Cult…I have one of their songs lined up for a day soon. I like their version of Born to be Wild off of this album. She Sells Sanctuary is when I first started to listen to them off the Love album I believe.
That is cool of them to leave the original picture…enough cannot be said about that.

Cool shirt and I love the red and black design. I hope it wasn’t expensive, though.

Thanks, no it wasn’t to pricey if I recall but once I seen that cover on this shirt I needed it. lol

Nice. Pretty sure Ian did vocals for The Doors on a post-Morrison tour. Missed that, but a buddy of mine went and said it was awesome.

Ian sang for them for a bit when The Cult was on hiatus..

That’s a very cool tee… and a very cool album. I’ve never seen The Cult, but I was tempted to go see them in 2010 or 2011 when they were out with Masters of Reality. Just never got myself a ticket… one of those big regrets.
