Greatest Guest Post’s: 2loud2oldmusic

Well this is my last Guest Post for this month as I’m taking a wee break! Actually I basically took this whole month off as I let Blog Nation take over and I hope you all dug these Post’s! Next December I will feature a batch of other Blogger’s posts so stay tuned!

I hope everyone has a Merry  Christmas and as always Thanks for reading!

Hailing from North Carolina is the fantastic Blog ‘2loud2oldmusic’ written by John T Snow. John’s site is one of my early am go to’s before I start my day off especially on Fridays as he always posts what the new releases of the week are. Sometime’s new stuff comes out that I have no idea about but thanks to John he’s covering all bases!

John as well goes beyond and above, that extra mile as when he   reviews an album or song sometimes he ranks a bands whole catalogue from ‘Worst to First’.

For John’s entry I went with RATT…Check it out and Follow Mr Snow!

Greatest Guest Post’s: Heavy Metal Overload

HMO who hails from Scotland is a Fantastic Writer of all things Metal/Black Metal/Death Metal/Glam Metal basically all things Metal!  HMO loves the heavy stuff period but he does have a soft spot in his Metal Heart for the Melodic Side of Metal/Hard Rock!

Below is one of my Fav’s of his which is a  review of Dokken’s Tooth and Nail album which garnered a lot of comments especially  in regards to George Lynch’s Hair colour!

Check out Scott’s stuff and do follow ….

Dokken – Tooth And Nail (Review)

Greatest Guest Post’s: Mike Ladano

Ok folk’s! Here’s one for the ages!  From Kitchener Ontario!  The one an only Mikey Ladano in which Mikey’s was the first blog I ever discovered about 5 years ago when I was surfing the internet and came across Mikey’s WordPress Site!

I commented on his Helix interview with Brian Vollmer and after that cruised his site and seen that he reviewed about 400 KISS Albums hahaha Twice over hahahaha… I thought this  guy’s whacked!

Seriously though I was impressed and told him that and he laughed and told me he dated a girl from Tbay who took a bunch of his cassette tapes to our local dump here in Thunder Bay! So that has become a running gag at times over the years…

What has to go down as one of my all time fave blog reads was when Mikey reviewed Ace Frehleys 1988 Second Sighting release in which Mikey gave it a 4.25/5 review!

What really is a hoot is when the Drummer on this Frehley album(not telling you his name you need to read this post and find out for yourself!) commented on what was being said about his drumming….

I tagged Ladano as a Troublemaker in which he really isn’t but hell it’s fun and he  hasn’t told me to shut my pie hole about it…YET!

So as you will find out you never know who will show up and comment…. So kick back..read the post and the comments as well!

Shit folks pour yourself a strong drink….and enjoy!

Greatest Guest Post’s: 1001 Albums In 10 Years

1001 Albums In 10 Years is a fabulous written blog that is run by Geoff Stephen. Geoff every Sunday posts a Quiz on WordPress on an artist/band and it’s a good mind scratcher at times as I don’t have any idea but it’s still ok at my age to learn about new artists!  To be Fair to Geoff he does feature Metal Acts in his quiz along with Hip Hop/Rap/Country you name it it’s there..

For this Guest Post I wanted you all to see how Geoff incorporates the use of Graphs in his reviews. It’s amazing really as I’m still trying to figure out Spell Check after 5 years on WordPress! HAHA!

If you’re wondering where Geoff lives here’s my quiz for ya! A song real famous here in Canada by a band that’s career was cut short Tragically! Do you recognize this opening line or the band name for that matter?

They shot a movie once in my home town
Every body was in it from miles around
Out at the speedway some kinda Elvis thing
Well I ain’t no movie star but I can get behind anything
